Laurie graduated from the University of Southern California with a master's degree in social work. She has more than 40 years of experience working in non-profit organizations in both clinical and management positions. Her experiences with seniors began with weekly visits to her grandfather and great aunts many years ago and, now, she consults with her sibling in caring for her aging mother who lives in California. She has been an aging life professional since 2003. Laurie holds a clinical license in Washington (LICSW), as well as national certification by the National Academy of Care Managers (CMC). Laurie enjoys working with seniors and their families to help them cope with the challenges of growing older in ways that enhance their lives and help them live fully.
